• Inquiry details you send us: your name, email, phone number if you add it, the occasion, preferred date, location, group size, how you heard about us, and your message.
• Basic technical data: our hosting provider may log standard information such as IP address and browser type to keep the site secure and running.

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry, plan your event and send booking details.
• To share photos from your event and connect you with our photographer for additional photo packages.
• We do not sell your personal information, and we never add you to a marketing list without your permission.

Photos from your event

Photos taken at Crowned events belong to the photographer and are shared with the women photographed. We only feature a guest's photos on our website or social media with her permission. If you would like a photo of you removed, email us and we will take it down.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed to run your event: our photographer, and the services that host this site and deliver our forms and email. These providers process data on our behalf. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and booking details for as long as needed to plan your event and for our records, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing hi@daniela.love.
